As NHSB prepares for conversion, New Haven's elite stand to make millions.

The prospectus says the following directors and officers intend to buy shares:

• Peyton R. Patterson, chairwoman, president and CEO, $500,000 or 50,000 shares.

• Nathaniel D. Woodson, bank director, president of UIL Holdings Corp. (United Illuminating Co.), $600,000 or 60,000 shares.

• Joseph A. Zaccagnino, director, president of Yale-New Haven Hospital, $250,000 or 25,000 shares.

• Julia M. McNamara, director, president of Albertus Magnus College, $250,000 or 25,000 shares.
